Waiting one week since order for GTA code to be delivered. Money taken 4 days ago and still no code. Customer service advised me to follow instructions on an email I haven't received and ignored me completely for the last 2 days+. Site shows my order as pre-authorisation of payment despite the money being taken 4 days ago. Very poor customer service, no wonder the codes are so cheap.
